We at Quiet Strength Health & Performance are dedicated to helping you move more efficiently, preventing injury, and improving your strength and your overall health. We offer group classes, personal training packages, as well as an online program to fit your health and wellness needs.

PROGRESSIVE PROGRAMMING

Our workouts are designed with you in mind. They will bring you close to, but not push you over your limits. Expect dynamic classes planned out that challenge you, yet are exhilaratingly fun.

CONSCIENTIOUS COACHING

We pride ourselves on high-quality and effective coaching to help you achieve your goals. Everything we plan and do is with intention - from the cues we utilise, to the encouragement we give. We aren't cheerleaders, nor do we give lip service.

We are more than just a gym. We are an inclusive community of people that refuses to settle for anything other than high levels of effort from each other. We mean it when we say " we leave no one behind".

Introductory Class

Starting with us is simple, regardless of whether you're new to all things fitness or have years of experience under your belt, you'd feel right at home.
