What to expect from QSH&P

- We provide a fun and friendly environment where you are excited to work out in everyday. We will show you the gym, meet the coaches, and introduce you to our programming.
Every movement can be modified to fit your needs and all skill levels are welcomed whether you are a beginner, expert, or even our longevity program.
We have coaches demonstrating each movement and watching closely to make sure you understand and move well.
When you join our gym not only will you feel more flexible, stronger, and have better cardio but you also have access to our knowledgable coaches to help get you started and enjoy a great group class environment
Yes, we offer a free drop in and fitness assessment by one of our fully trained coaches.
Our athletes have noticed visible physical results such as better flexibility, strength, and cardio but also they feel more relaxed, feel accomplished after each workout, and meet new people.
We offer one on one personal training to help you reach your specific goals.
We have cubbies to store your things while you’re working out.
Wear comfortable that you can move and sweat in. Bring tennis shoes to put on when you get in the gym. Bring a water bottle or sports drink.

We at Quiet Strength Health & Performance are dedicated to helping you move more efficiently, preventing injury, and improving your strength and your overall health. We offer group classes, personal training packages, as well as an online program to fit your health and wellness needs located in Moline, Illinois.
