Some advice I’d like to offer anybody thinking about joining QSHP is to stop thinking and just come to the gym. It will be worth it. I can’t wait to meet you.
Coach | Tyla Hughes
Fitness Journey: Fitness has always been in my life since I have been in elementary school. I was the person who loved gym class throughout school and participated in running from middle school through my 1st year of high school. Took a 3 year hiatus the rest of HS and during my college years is when I started to go full force into exercise again. From bodybuilding to trying MMA/jiujitsu, powerlifting to now CrossFit, I enjoy the feeling of challenging myself to new limits.

Coaching journey: Personal training has always been on my radar in the past but due to life and my self-confidence struggles I didn’t pursue it. But I am excited I took the leap to become a coach just for the sheer fact I love helping people reach their physical goals and even break through the mental chatter/self-confidence issues they may deal with. I am super excited to be a part of the coaching scene and being part of the QHSP team!
Coach | Brad
Coach Brad is a certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator and Yoga instructor. He has been coaching and mentoring members of the military for nearly 20 years, integrating changes to diet, exercise, and personal well-being to help elevate performance and improve the lives of his fellow service members. He’s taken his training approach and brought it to QSHP.
My favorite part about coaching- I absolutely love being a part of the process. Consistency pays off in the long game. Being there for the members of QSHP to help them get to their goals is why I am here.
What’s your education background and what services do you offer? I have been a Master Fitness Trainer for 5 years with the US Army. I am a certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator by the NSCA which focuses on the physical fitness needs of tactical athletes such as military, law enforcement, fire fighters, and first responders. I am also a certified Yoga Instructor, RYT200, through Yoga Alliance. I incorporate yoga techniques for strength, stability, balance, and coordination with our regular classes. I utilize Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga styles in my classes and my own practice.
What would you say to someone interested in joining QSHP? Come as you are. We will work with you to help you on your path to your goals. The first step is the hardest and the most important.
Coach | Ebone
I fell in love with CrossFit back in 2017 but my love for fitness began well before that. After gaining nearly 30 lbs I was miserable and in the worst shape of my life. I found myself needing a healthier outlet for life’s challenges and fitness called to me. I began transforming myself in hopes of finding the the version of me I had lost but what I found was so much more!
Coaching journey: I had always felt as though I wanted to help people in some way. Immediately I was drawn to becoming a nurse but the more I fell in love with fitness the more my sights shifted. After years of consideration I took the leap to become a coach and haven’t looked back since. The passion to help others burns just as strong and is just as fulfilling as it’s always been. Everyone deserves to be healthy and if I can help just one person become a little better than they were before they met me, to me that’s a job well done. I’m grateful to have found QSHP when I did, the support and community here is unmatched and I’m proud to be a part of it!
Office Manager | Brittany Cooper
